Yvette Torres first started dreaming of fluffy cake when she opened her first easy bake oven.  She began to experiment with flavor and sold her sweet creations out of her grandmother's garage "cafe," which earned her a local following.
She later attended college to join the social welfare field as making a difference in the world has always been very important to her, but she continued to bake  and perfect her recipes for everyone she came across. 
After many happy faces and delighted tummies, Yvette discovered that with her tasty treats she was able to put smiles on people's faces and one cake at a time she was making a difference; making the world a happier and sweeter place.  

Sweetness Cakery was created to spread sweets and smiles all over the world, but we'll start with Southern California.


Yvette's creations have won several ribbons and awards and have been published in national magazines and internet articles.
